Teddy Needs You All ❤
Teddy needs you all—now more than ever. These past few days, he’s been acting differently. Slower. Quieter. A little more unsure of things. He still perks up when he hears a familiar sound or sees someone walk by, but that usual spark—the one that lit up every room he walked into—has dimmed just a little.
The house feels different to him now. The corners are still the same, the couch is still his favorite spot, and his toys are still scattered here and there… but the energy is missing. The spaces that were once filled with laughter, footsteps, and warm embraces are now still. Teddy doesn’t understand all the reasons why—he doesn’t know about plans, schedules, or distance. Dogs are beautiful in that way—they don’t need words to know when something has changed. And Teddy knows. He’s been looking around more lately, pacing a little, sniffing the air, pausing in front of the door like he’s waiting for someone he loves to return. Sometimes, he just sits quietly and stares, as if trying to remember what used to fill these rooms with joy.
He still tries to be strong. He still wags his tail, still gives his little kisses, still lays his head gently on your lap when you’re near. But he misses you. Deeply. And he needs to know he hasn’t been forgotten.
