GOP Rep Calls For Jill Biden To Face Criminal Charges For ‘Elder Abuse’ –

Jill Biden Accused of Elder Abuse Amid Shocking Cancer Revelation

First Lady Jill Biden could potentially face criminal charges for “elder abuse,” according to Leo Terrell, a former Fox News contributor who now serves as senior counsel in the Trump administration’s Department of Justice.

The controversy erupted just hours after former President Joe Biden publicly disclosed a diagnosis of an “aggressive” form of prostate cancer on Sunday. The announcement sent shockwaves through the political world—and quickly became the subject of fierce speculation. MAGA-aligned influencers began circulating claims that the 82-year-old had been secretly ill for years, with close aides and family members—most notably, his wife Jill—accused of hiding the truth.

Leo Terrell added fuel to the fire, floating the possibility that the First Lady could be legally liable for allegedly concealing her husband’s deteriorating health while continuing to push his reelection campaign.

“Abuse of the Elderly! Criminal Indictments?” Terrell posted on X, sharing a message from a far-right account that accused Jill Biden of knowingly deceiving the public. “She knew about President Biden’s health problems,” the post claimed, bluntly labeling her actions as “evil.”

This theory gained traction after several physicians—one of whom speculated that Biden may have had the illness for up to a decade—weighed in, suggesting that warning signs may have been overlooked or deliberately downplayed.

Conservative social media users rallied behind Terrell’s accusations, though some turned on him as well, accusing the DOJ official of betraying his oath by not acting sooner.

Meanwhile, Donald Trump, who initially offered a seemingly gracious message of support to his political rival, shifted tone less than 24 hours later. Speaking from the White House on Monday, he hinted at a cover-up, suggesting a broader conspiracy involving Biden’s inner circle—and possibly even medical personnel.

“I don’t know if the hospital was involved,” Trump said, referencing Walter Reed Medical Center. “But people should start asking what really happened. Someone is lying about the facts. That’s a huge problem.”

Vice President JD Vance, speaking from Air Force Two after a visit to the Vatican, echoed Trump’s concerns while maintaining a measured tone.
“First and foremost, of course we wish the former president the best,” he said. “But we also have to be honest: Was he ever really fit for the job? That’s a conversation we need to have—sooner or later.”
